ABIGAIL ARREAGA, FUNDAP Oficina Central

Abigaíl Arreaga is 30 years old and lives in the city of Quetzaltenango. She has been part of the Foundation for 6 years, working as a Human Resources Assistant.

She shares that what motivates and fulfills her most about being part of FUNDAP is the opportunity to grow within the organization, with the sole purpose of contributing to the development of people in the many communities the Foundation serves—making a positive impact on the lives of those who need it most.

Abigaíl recognizes the importance of her role within the Foundation, as she helps build a committed and talented team that drives effective strategies for the benefit of the people we work for. Her role is not only about selecting the right candidates, but also about creating a positive and welcoming work environment where every staff member feels valued.

One meaningful experience she shares is hearing from coworkers who work directly in the field, talking about the trust and openness they experience from families who feel fully supported by the Foundation. These stories inspire her to give her best every day.
